Required Qualifications

Applicants must possess any one of the following qualifications:

• BS Computer Science
• BS Information Technology
• M.Sc. Information Technology
• Master of Computer Science (MCS)

Preferred: Technical training or professional certifications in the relevant field will be considered an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in system administration.
• Experience with Windows and Linux server environments is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Managing daily operations of Windows and Linux-based servers.
• Monitoring server performance and conducting regular health checks.
• Installing and applying operating system updates and security patches.
• Testing, evaluating, and deploying software updates and authorized system modifications.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining antivirus software on client systems.
• Ensuring antivirus definitions remain up to date across the organization.
• Handling internet-related support requests after obtaining the required approvals.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and operating system issues.
• Monitoring system backup processes and performing data recovery when required.
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation for systems and software.
• Managing user accounts through Microsoft Active Directory, including creating, updating, deleting accounts, and resetting passwords.
• Performing any additional duties assigned by the supervisor.

Preferred Candidate

Preference will be given to candidates who:

• Belong to the local area.
• Possess strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Have experience with Windows Server, Linux Server administration, Active Directory, system security, and backup management.
• Can work independently while maintaining reliable IT operations.
