Mobilink Microfinance Bank (MMBL) is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer SME to manage relationships with Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role involves business development, customer acquisition, loan portfolio management, and delivering financial solutions while ensuring compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Implement approved sales and service plans to achieve branch growth objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and customer outreach.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with SME clients.
• Promote SME financing products according to bank policies and SOPs.
• Achieve assigned sales and business targets through ethical banking practices.
• Evaluate customer profiles using standard credit assessment principles.
• Conduct field visits and verify customer information before loan processing.
• Ensure timely loan recovery and maintain healthy repayment performance.
• Explain product features, terms, and conditions to customers.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and customer visit reports.
• Conduct regular customer meetings as required under product programs.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies, internal controls, and SBP regulations.
• Report suspected fraud or operational risks to management.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

🎓 Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
• MBA will be considered an added advantage.

💼 Experience

• Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience in banking, SME financing, business development, or a related field.
