Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a qualified Assistant Manager – Internal Audit to strengthen its Internal Audit team in Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting operational audits, evaluating internal controls, monitoring compliance, preparing audit reports, and collaborating with various departments to enhance governance and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems in accordance with departmental SOPs.
• Plan, execute, and complete internal audits within defined timelines.
• Prepare audit working papers, draft observations, and finalize audit reports.
• Monitor and follow up on the implementation status of previous audit recommendations.
• Conduct operational audits across assigned departments.
• Coordinate with departmental teams to build strong professional relationships and promote compliance.
• Prepare audit findings and reports for management review.
• Share knowledge with Internal Audit team members through presentations, workshops, and briefings.
• Support departmental objectives and complete special assignments as directed by the supervisor.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Accounting or a related field, or CA/ACCA/ICMA Finalist.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in internal audit or related functions.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, auditing standards, risk assessment, and compliance.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
