Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Officer Asset to drive asset sales, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the bank's growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting loan products, evaluating customer eligibility, and ensuring compliance with banking policies while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute approved sales and service plans to achieve branch business targets.
• Generate new business by identifying and developing customer relationships.
• Promote and sell loan products in accordance with bank policies and SOPs.
• Meet assigned sales targets while maintaining ethical banking practices.
• Evaluate customer profiles using the Five Cs of Credit.
• Conduct customer visits and physical verification before loan processing.
• Educate customers about product features, eligibility criteria, and repayment terms.
• Ensure accurate loan booking and complete documentation.
• Monitor customer repayments and support timely loan recovery.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through quality service.
• Prepare weekly field activity plans and coordinate with reporting managers.
• Ensure compliance with SBP regulations and internal control standards.
• Report any suspicious or fraudulent activities to management.
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of customer documents.
