The Bank of Punjab (BOP), one of Pakistan's leading commercial banks with over 900 branches nationwide, is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Manager – Credit Card Sales in its Cards & Payments Division (Digital Banking Group). Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, approval, and productivity targets.
• Lead and manage the Credit Card Sales team.
• Recruit, interview, train, and mentor sales staff.
• Allocate sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Motivate and coach team members to maximize productivity.
• Monitor performance through MIS reports and recommend improvements.
• Maintain discipline, teamwork, and operational excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with branches and internal business groups.
• Ensure compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and business directives.
• Conduct regular staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Contribute towards product enhancement and process improvements.
• Optimize overall team productivity and sales effectiveness.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university.

Experience

• 04 to 07 years of banking experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates having 05 years of relevant Credit Card Sales or Cards & Payments experience.

Age Limit

• Up to 55 years as of the application closing date.
