Job Description

Packages Group is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager Sales CD for its Karachi office. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting sales operations, achieving assigned targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve customer service issues.
• Generate customer orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
• Ensure timely recovery of payments from assigned customers.
• Handle customer complaints and provide effective resolutions.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
