Job Description

Soneri Bank Limited is seeking dynamic and customer-focused professionals for the position of Relationship Manager (RM) in its Commercial & Retail Banking Department. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing customer relationships, driving business growth, and achieving assigned sales and portfolio targets while ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate business growth through the sale of liability products.
• Manage and monitor portfolio attrition.
• Retain existing customers and strengthen banking relationships profitably.
• Achieve assigned business growth and sales targets.
• Generate new business through local sales promotions and outdoor marketing activities.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products, services, and market trends.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements set by the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) and Soneri Bank.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of customer information.
• Build, develop, and maintain strong customer relationships to promote the bank's products and services and increase branch revenue.

Eligibility

• Relevant education and experience in banking, finance, business, or a related field will be preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and relationship management skills.
• Good understanding of banking products and customer service.
