Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd (MMBL) is looking for a motivated Relationship Officer SME to manage and develop relationships with Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) clients. The role involves achieving sales targets, expanding customer base, promoting banking products, evaluating customer profiles, ensuring loan recovery, and maintaining compliance with bank policies.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Execute sales and service plans to achieve business growth objectives.
✅ Identify new markets, business opportunities, and potential SME customers.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
✅ Promote SME banking products and achieve assigned sales targets.
✅ Evaluate customer profiles through credit assessment procedures.
✅ Ensure proper loan processing, documentation, and compliance with SOPs.
✅ Conduct field visits and verify prospective customers.
✅ Maintain timely loan repayments and customer satisfaction.
✅ Follow banking policies, SBP regulations, and internal control standards.
✅ Report any suspected fraud or financial risks to management.

🎓 Qualification & Experience:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized institution (MBA preferred)
💼 Experience: Preferably 1–2 years of relevant experience
