Job Summary

National Foods Limited is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Territory Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned territory. The selected candidate will manage distributors and order bookers, execute sales strategies, strengthen market presence, and ensure achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
• Develop daily sales plans and allocate targets to order bookers.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare territory-wise sales reports.
• Supervise and coach order bookers to improve productivity and target achievement.
• Conduct regular market visits to ensure effective outlet coverage and understand market trends.
• Execute trade marketing activities according to company plans.
• Design productive journey plans (PJPs) and optimize Route-to-Market (RTM) execution.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve business objectives.
• Manage territory budgets, forecast sales, and maximize revenue while controlling costs.
• Ensure proper product availability and visibility across assigned markets.
