Bank Alfalah is looking for dynamic and sales-driven professionals to join its Home Finance team as Relationship Officers and Relationship Managers. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting Home Finance products, acquiring new customers, and maintaining long-term client relationships while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and market Home Finance products to prospective customers.
• Generate new business through strategic sales initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide professional financial solutions based on customer needs.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Ensure excellent customer service throughout the financing process.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in:
  • Sales
  • Banking
  • Financial Services
  • Home Finance / Mortgage Sales

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Customer relationship management.
• Knowledge of Home Finance and Mortgage products (preferred).
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
