Job Summary

Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a dedicated Assistant Warehouse to support warehouse and inventory operations at Baiker Hospital. The selected candidate will assist in receiving, storing, organizing, and issuing materials while ensuring inventory accuracy, safe handling practices, and compliance with warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in receiving, inspecting, and verifying incoming materials for quantity, packaging, quality, and expiry dates.
• Issue warehouse materials to concerned departments as per approved requests.
• Arrange and organize inventory according to warehouse standards.
• Ensure safe handling of materials during loading, unloading, and transportation.
• Coordinate with the Head of Department whenever operational support is required.
• Immediately report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged items to the Store Manager.
• Regularly inspect warehouse lock and key systems to maintain security.
• Perform additional warehouse and inventory-related duties assigned by the Manager or Head of Department.
