The Lead VM Fashion will be responsible for developing and executing impactful visual merchandising strategies while ensuring brand consistency across stores.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement visual merchandising strategies aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create and maintain engaging window displays, mannequins, and in-store presentations.
• Lead and support the Visual Merchandising team across assigned stores.
• Ensure effective execution of seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
• Conduct regular store audits to monitor compliance with VM standards.
• Collaborate with Buying, Marketing, and Store Operations teams for product launches and promotions.
• Analyze sales trends and optimize product placement to enhance customer experience and sales performance.
• Train store teams on visual merchandising standards and best practices.
• Manage VM materials, fixtures, and display inventory efficiently.
