A leading banking organization is seeking a Product Manager – Home Loans to design, develop, and manage housing and mortgage finance products while ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and manage housing & mortgage finance products.
✅ Define product features, pricing structures, eligibility criteria, and financing limits.
✅ Prepare and maintain product manuals, policy documents, and SOPs.
✅ Monitor regulatory updates and ensure compliance with banking guidelines.
✅ Develop product strategies according to market trends and business objectives.
✅ Analyze portfolio performance, growth trends, disbursements, and quality indicators.

🎯 Eligibility Criteria

Education:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree from an HEC-recognized institution.

Experience:
💼 Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in:
• Housing Finance
• Mortgage Finance
• Product Management
• Consumer Finance
• Related Banking Functions
