• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (AX) for payroll processing, employee data management, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance, tax deductions, employee benefits, and statutory regulations.
• Proficiency in HRIS/payroll systems and Microsoft Excel for payroll reporting and analysis.

📋 Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Head Office and Retail employees.
• Ensure accurate calculation of salaries, deductions, allowances, and retail sales-linked incentives.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within deadlines.

Employee Benefits & Allowances

• Administer employee benefits including:
  • EOBI & PESSI compliance
  • Medical claim processing
  • Fuel cards and other employee allowances
• Ensure timely reimbursement and payment of employee-related benefits.

Final Settlements

• Manage complete employee final settlement process.
• Prepare pre-audit documentation and implement post-audit adjustments.
• Ensure timely payment of all final dues.

Compliance & Coordination

• Ensure payroll activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with Finance and Internal Audit teams for payroll validation, reporting, and audits.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and supporting documentation.

Attendance & Payroll Deductions

• Manage Head Office attendance records.
• Process leave deductions and absenteeism adjustments accurately.
• Resolve attendance discrepancies with relevant departments.

Employee Support

• Respond to payroll-related queries and employee grievances promptly.
• Provide clear communication regarding salaries, deductions, and employee benefits.

Systems & Data Management

• Utilize ERP and HR/payroll systems for payroll administration and reporting.
• Coordinate with IT teams and external service providers (including Microsoft 365 support) to resolve payroll system issues.
