🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in origination, structuring, and execution of Debt Capital Market transactions including syndicated debt, structured finance deals, debt instrument listings, and market making.
✅ Supervise preparation of deal documents, industry analysis, commercial viability reports, and financial projections.
✅ Review financial modeling, ratio analysis, due diligence procedures, and security documentation.
✅ Manage team activities and ensure successful execution of syndication transactions.
✅ Coordinate with regulators, treasury, FI, Corporate & Commercial Banking teams for end-to-end solutions.
✅ Ensure compliance with banking regulations, internal policies, and capital market requirements.
✅ Oversee daily operational activities related to assigned transactions.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification:
✔ Minimum MBA or relevant degree from HEC-recognized local/foreign university/institute.

Experience:
✔ Minimum 6 years of experience in Corporate / Investment Banking.
✔ Relevant experience in Debt Capital Market & Syndications required.

Age Limit:
✔ Up to 50 years as on application date.
