United Charter Schools is seeking a qualified and experienced Assistant Manager Curriculum & Training - English (Primary) to support curriculum development, teacher training, and academic excellence at the Primary Level.

πŸ”Ή Key Responsibilities:

β€’ Assist in developing, reviewing, and designing English curriculum for Primary classes.
β€’ Create schemes of work, lesson plans, assessments, and teaching resources.
β€’ Plan and conduct teacher training sessions, workshops, induction programs, and professional development activities.
β€’ Provide academic support, mentoring, and guidance to teachers and school leaders.
β€’ Collaborate with academic teams to improve teaching methodologies and student learning outcomes.
β€’ Ensure compliance with academic standards, curriculum guidelines, and assessment frameworks.
β€’ Review curriculum effectiveness and suggest improvements based on feedback, observations, and performance data.
β€’ Support development of worksheets, activity books, and assessment tools.
β€’ Stay updated with modern English teaching trends, research, and best practices.
