Nestlé Pakistan is seeking a Customer Supply Chain Associate to support efficient stock availability across sales channels by managing the order allocation process and ensuring smooth execution of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service, optimize supply chain operations, and enhance overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Process and monitor customer orders accurately and within required timelines.
Manage stock allocation to ensure optimal product availability.
Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, and Distribution teams to resolve order and delivery-related issues.
Monitor customer service and O2C performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare operational reports.
Analyze customer demand, supply simulations, and ordering patterns to support proactive decision-making.
Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives for better service quality and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with Nestlé policies, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Proactively communicate with relevant teams during out-of-stock situations to minimize business impact.
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Experience
1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, or Order Management.
