📝 Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and display fresh food products according to company standards.
• Ensure products are fresh, properly labeled, and attractively merchandised.
• Monitor expiry dates and follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.
• Replenish shelves and displays to maintain product availability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of preparation areas, equipment, and displays.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
• Assist customers with product selection and respond to product-related queries.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Monitor product quality and remove damaged or expired items immediately.
• Receive, inspect, and store fresh stock appropriately.
• Report low stock levels, equipment issues, or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Support inventory counts, audits, and stock verification activities.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve daily sales and operational targets.
