Albaraka Bank is seeking experienced and motivated professionals for the positions of Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager – Commercial & SME. The selected candidates will be responsible for developing commercial and SME banking relationships, promoting credit and trade finance products, managing client portfolios, and achieving business growth while ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal banking policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and market commercial and SME banking products, including credit and trade finance solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Manage assigned financing and trade portfolios efficiently.
• Encourage cross-selling of banking products such as deposits, trade services, and other financial solutions.
• Identify profitable business opportunities aligned with the bank's target market and risk appetite.
• Improve portfolio profitability while maintaining acceptable risk levels.
• Ensure compliance with the bank's credit policies, risk management framework, and internal procedures.
• Adhere to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Prudential Regulations and AML/CFT guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with Shariah principles and all applicable environmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining long-term business relationships.
