Idara-e-Taleem-o-Aagahi (ITA) is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee education programs focused on Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL), foundational learning, and school improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will manage project implementation, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure effective program delivery.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

• Master's degree in Education, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Policy, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of relevant experience managing education or development projects (donor-funded projects preferred).
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Teaching at the Right Level (TaRL)
  • Foundational learning
  • Teacher professional development
  • Project management
  • Monitoring & evaluation
  • Financial management
• Experience in school rehabilitation and teacher capacity-building will be an added advantage.
• Excellent leadership, communication, report writing, and team management skills.
