🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, digital channel growth, or performance management.
• Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL, Power BI, and large data sets.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics, Firebase, CleverTap, Adjust, App Annie, or similar analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Banking or FinTech products will be preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Python or R for data analysis is an advantage.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze digital channel KPIs, including customer acquisition, engagement, activations, deposits, transactions, and revenue.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance tracking frameworks.
• Conduct customer journey and funnel analysis to improve conversion and engagement.
• Evaluate product performance, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness through business analysis.
• Support digital growth initiatives, including acquisition, retention, referral, and loyalty programs.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Data teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements.
• Prepare business cases, impact assessments, and analytical reports for strategic decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity while promoting data-driven business decisions.
