Momentum Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a qualified professional for the position of Assistant Manager - Commercials in Lahore.

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Supply Chain Management, Sales & Marketing, or a related field, preferably with 2-3 years of proven experience in Key Accounts, Customer Services, or a similar role within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Develop a thorough understanding of clients' businesses, needs, and challenges.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Proactively address client issues and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure accurate data consolidation for client approval and further processing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments, including Operations and Finance, for timely invoice submission.
• Monitor and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments according to agreed credit terms.
• Handle challenging situations professionally and effectively.
• Manage and understand order management and invoicing processes.
• Analyze business data and prepare reports using MS Office tools.
• Communicate effectively with clients, internal teams, and other stakeholders.
