An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced Sr. Specialist – Sourcing (Footwear) to oversee sourcing operations and ensure the timely availability of footwear products. The role focuses on improving On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance, optimizing sourcing costs, strengthening vendor relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with Planning and Merchandising teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing sourcing efficiency, minimizing supply chain risks, and ensuring consistent product delivery across the retail network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing operations for the footwear category.
• Monitor and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate sourcing terms to achieve cost optimization.
• Coordinate closely with Planning and Merchandising teams.
• Identify and mitigate sourcing and supply chain risks.
• Track vendor performance and ensure delivery commitments are met.
• Prepare sourcing reports and performance analysis.

Qualification

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.

Experience
