💼 Job Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly branch deposit targets, including CASA, NTBs and ETBs.
• Meet assigned cross-functional business targets.
• Improve customer service turnaround times through prompt handling of complaints and inquiries.
• Ensure branch operational efficiency and improve QA, FTC and audit performance.
• Implement bank policies and procedures in accordance with SBP guidelines and prudential regulations.
• Drive sustainable business growth and productivity.
• Lead and manage branch staff performance and productivity.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized university or foreign university.

Experience:

• Minimum 2 to 7 years of banking experience.
• Relevant experience will be preferred.

Age:

• Up to 55 years as of the application date.
