📌 Job Purpose

Responsible for managing Metro network configurations, including FTTH network infrastructure, while ensuring network performance, reliability, optimization, and timely technical support.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage PTN, OTN, DWDM network devices.
• Provide advanced-level technical support to the Core Transmission team.
• Coordinate and implement new Core Transmission network entities after completing all required checks, including ATP/PAT.
• Optimize network performance through analysis of key performance parameters.
• Conduct network health checks and ensure timely completion of corrective and preventive maintenance routines.
• Coordinate with vendors and regional teams during emergency situations.
• Ensure emergency procedures are reviewed before engaging vendors.
• Quickly identify network outages and customer-impacting issues and provide real-time technical support.
• Provide premium technical support to corporate business teams for customer complaints and experience management.
• Follow vendor escalation matrices and coordinate with internal second-line teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Share ETTR (Estimated Time to Repair) updates and keep customers informed about resolution progress.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in:
  • Telecommunication
  • Electronics
  • Electrical Engineering
• Degree must be from an HEC-recognized university.

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant professional experience.
