🎓 Eligibility & Requirements

• Master’s/MBA degree in Human Resources Management from an HEC-recognized institute.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
• Prior experience in HR Analytics, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP HCM/ERP systems is preferred.
• Advanced MS Excel skills required.
• Exposure to AI-based HR tools is an added advantage.
