The ideal candidate should have strong textile design expertise, an understanding of global design trends, and proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.

Job Responsibilities

• Research global design, colour, and consumer trends to develop commercially relevant home textile collections.
• Create print artworks, seasonal collections, and customer presentations according to client briefs and market requirements.
• Manage the complete product development cycle from initial concept to production-ready artwork.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency throughout the design development process.
• Collaborate with production and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution and timely product delivery.
• Develop creative hand-drawn prints and textile artwork aligned with current market trends.

Eligibility & Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Design.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a reputable textile industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of printmaking, textile technicalities, and design principles.
• Skilled in developing hand-drawn prints.
• Expertise in watercolour illustration.
• Strong creative, conceptual, and visual communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with production and cross-functional teams.
