JS Bank is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals for the position of Relationship Officer - Credit Cards.

Position Summary

The Relationship Officer will be responsible for acquiring new customers, cross-selling banking products, including Credit Cards, achieving assigned sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers for Credit Card and other banking products.
• Cross-sell relevant banking products and services.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Provide excellent customer service and address customer needs effectively.
• Support customer acquisition and retention activities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable banking policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Graduation from a recognized institution.
• Business or Finance degree will be preferred.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Credit Cards or customer service.
• Entry-level candidates with strong potential and relevant skills may also be considered.
