The Sales Associate – Boys & Girls will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, supporting sales activities, maintaining attractive product displays, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the assigned Boys or Girls section.
Job Requirements
Qualification
- Minimum Matric qualification required.
- Intermediate qualification will be preferred.
Experience
- Previous retail or customer-service experience will be an advantage.
- Fresh candidates with good communication and customer-handling skills may also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products, sizes, and styles.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, prices, promotions, and special offers.
- Ensure proper folding, hanging, display, and arrangement of merchandise.
- Maintain cleanliness and an organized appearance of the assigned section.
- Check product availability and coordinate with the stock/store team when required.
- Replenish merchandise from the stockroom as needed.
- Assist customers with fitting-room requirements and maintain fitting-room standards.
- Support billing, tagging, price verification, and other sales-related activities when required.
- Monitor merchandise and promptly report damaged, missing, or misplaced items.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, grooming standards, and customer-service procedures.
- Support promotional campaigns and work toward achieving assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient department operations.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Store Manager or Supervisor.

The ideal candidate should have good communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused attitude, a presentable personality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
