Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand strategies for assigned pharmaceutical brands and therapy areas.
• Create and implement customer engagement plans using both traditional and digital marketing channels.
• Design and manage patient-centric promotional campaigns based on market insights.
• Collaborate with the sales team to strengthen field force capabilities and support marketing initiatives.
• Monitor and ensure timely execution of brand plans while effectively managing promotional and advertising budgets.
• Lead new product launches and coordinate with the Business Development team on product approvals, development, and successful market introduction.
