The Senior Delivery Manager Islamic Retail and Financing will act as a liaison between IT and the business to understand Islamic Retail and Financing products, features, Islamic Pool Management operational and development needs, and ensure IT projects align with technology best practices and both IT and business strategies.

Responsibilities

• Possess thorough understanding of Financial and Management Reporting, GL Control & Management, Islamic Retail & Financing Products, Customer Segmentation, Islamic Pool Management, related SBP Circulars and Shariah rulings.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and prepare comprehensive UAT cases and test scenarios for Islamic Retail & Financing Products, GL posting and Pool Management.
• Understand the end-to-end Islamic Customer Onboarding Journey and related operational processes.
• Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for Islamic Retail & Financing Products and Pool Management.
• Hands-on experience in Temenos is preferred.
• Perform sanity review and validation during UAT to ensure Islamic CASA, TD, Financing, ISOBC and Islamic Pool Management Temenos builds meet functional, operational and business requirements.
• Perform UAT, document results and report defects.
• Analyze Change Requests for Islamic Retail & Financing Products and Pool Management received from the MISYS Team.
• Possess in-depth knowledge and experience of Islamic PDS and its implementation and execution.
• Coordinate with Islamic Retail & Financing Business and Operations Teams on data cleansing activities during Islamic CASA data migration.
• Coordinate with the SL Team regarding required Islamic Products and Pool Management changes on Core.

People Management

• Work as an effective lead or team member to ensure business goals are delivered on time.
• Support Business Analysts and developers in the development and execution of IT project delivery methodologies.
• Guide, coach and mentor the team to ensure effective IT solutions are provided to stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a Business Relationship Manager to maintain business and technology alignment and forecast future technology needs in line with IT strategy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Graduate
• Certification in Islamic Banking

Minimum Experience

• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in the banking or financial services industry.
• At least 5–8 years of dedicated experience in Product Development and Pool Management.
• Proven experience working in Islamic Banking or with Shariah-compliant products is mandatory.
• Experience in Business Requirements & Analysis in Product Development and Pool Management and conducting UATs.
• Experience in technology services and delivery, preferably with some exposure to the financial services sector.
