This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about child care, character building, and providing a nurturing home-like environment for children residing at Aghosh Homes. The selected candidate will play a vital role in the emotional, moral, and personal development of the assigned children.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide motherly care, guidance, and emotional support to assigned children.
• Ensure the holistic well-being and development of children living in the hostel.
• Promote moral values, discipline, and positive character development (Tarbiyah).
• Supervise and maintain the daily routine according to the prescribed schedule.
• Foster a safe, caring, and supportive environment for junior Aghoshians.
• Encourage good manners, healthy habits, and positive behavior.
• Be available to provide round-the-clock care and support whenever required.
• Coordinate with the management to ensure the overall welfare of the children.
