The successful candidate will be responsible for managing distributors, supervising order bookers, achieving sales targets, strengthening market presence, and executing effective sales strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop monthly unit-wise and value-wise sales targets for assigned territories.
• Set daily sales goals and allocate them to order bookers for effective market coverage.
• Prepare and analyze territory-wise sales reports and KPIs.
• Supervise and mentor order bookers to improve productivity and target achievement.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor outlet coverage and understand market trends.
• Ensure execution of trade marketing activities according to company plans.
• Design and implement effective sales plans and Permanent Journey Plans (PJPs).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors to achieve mutual business objectives.
• Manage territory budgets, sales forecasts, and revenue optimization strategies.

Eligibility Criteria
