The VM Officer will be responsible for creating attractive, organized, and commercially effective product displays that represent the brand image, enhance customer experience, and support sales targets.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute window displays, in-store displays, mannequins, and product presentations.
• Implement visual merchandising guidelines and brand standards.
• Arrange products according to color, category, collection, and seasonal themes.
• Ensure effective product placement and optimum use of store space.
• Coordinate with the Store Manager and sales team to improve product visibility.
• Install and maintain promotional and seasonal displays.
• Monitor competitors and identify emerging visual merchandising trends.
• Ensure displays remain clean, organized, attractive, and regularly updated.
• Support new store openings, product launches, campaigns, and special events.
• Conduct regular store visits and provide VM feedback and reports.

🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion, Design, Marketing, or a related field may be preferred.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; retail or fashion merchandising experience is preferred.
• Good understanding of colors, layouts, styling, and space management.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple stores or projects.
