🎯 Job Purpose

The Resource Mobilization Officer will be responsible for mobilizing financial and in-kind resources by building and maintaining donor relationships, identifying funding opportunities, developing proposals, and implementing effective fundraising initiatives to achieve organizational targets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop the donor database, including contact details, areas of interest, funding information, and contractual modalities.
• Research, approach, and negotiate with new and existing partners for grants, in-kind contributions, event sponsorships, and pro bono services.
• Research and analyze donor calls for funding applications and requests for expression of interest proposals.
• Develop strategies and set goals to achieve fundraising targets.
• Maintain continuous follow-up and effective liaison with donors.
• Prepare proposals, concept papers, estimates, feedback, and other documents for donors.
• Arrange donor visits, briefings, social functions, and field staff visits where required.
• Collect, check, and submit donation cheques and other instruments to the F&A Department and maintain the relevant donor records.
• Host fundraising and awareness events such as fundraising dinners, educational walks, seminars, centers, and circle meetings.
• Support fundraising initiatives including Taleem Dost, Sadaqa Box, Educate a Child Box, Stalls, and other activities.
• Coordinate regularly with Donor Care and remain updated on donor information.
• Involve volunteers and alumni in fundraising and image-building activities.
• Prepare annual and quarterly work plans and reports.
• Participate in programming and review meetings to assess achievements and future opportunities.
• Perform any other related tasks assigned by the respective supervisor.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Local candidates residing in Faisalabad will be given preference.
