• Graduation or an equivalent qualification

Experience:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the day-to-day management of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and holistic care of all resident children.
• Supervise daily routines and ensure the approved schedule is followed effectively.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
• Coordinate with internal departments and relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor student behavior and promote a positive living environment.
• Ensure cleanliness, inventory management, and proper utilization of resources.
• Implement organizational policies and procedures efficiently.
