Mobilink Microfinance Bank Limited (MMBL) is seeking an experienced Executive Compliance to strengthen its Regulatory Compliance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing and monitoring the bank's compliance risk management framework, ensuring adherence to State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) regulations, conducting compliance reviews, and supporting the continuous improvement of compliance controls across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and update Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA).
• Identify and map compliance risks through the Compliance Risk Management (CRM) System.
• Develop, monitor, and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Assess the effectiveness of internal controls and recommend improvements.
• Prepare action plans for newly issued regulatory instructions and ensure timely communication to stakeholders.
• Monitor organization-wide compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
• Track monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual regulatory compliance requirements.
• Conduct on-site compliance reviews of branches and departments with a focus on AML/CFT and regulatory compliance.
• Review policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Support the implementation of the bank's Compliance Risk Management Strategy and Compliance Program.
• Maintain compliance databases and ensure timely reporting to relevant departments.
• Assist internal and external auditors during compliance reviews and audits.
• Prepare compliance reports and risk assessments for senior management.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor's degree in:
  • Commerce
  • Accounting
  • Business Management
  • Economics
  • Or a related discipline

Experience

• 6–8 years of banking experience.
• Relevant experience in Compliance or Compliance Risk Management.
• Hands-on experience with automated Compliance Risk Management Systems.
