National Foods Limited is seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Manager – Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) to support HSE operations at its Port Qasim manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will ensure compliance with internal HSE policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices while promoting a safe and sustainable workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations through routine inspections and audits.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend preventive and corrective measures.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to address operational and quality-related HSE concerns.
• Monitor, investigate, and report workplace safety incidents while implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct HSE orientation sessions for newly hired employees.
• Organize HSE awareness programs, workshops, and employee training sessions.
• Implement emergency response plans and conduct regular emergency drills.
• Oversee the availability and proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other safety resources.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation, compliance records, and incident reports.
• Stay updated with evolving health, safety, and environmental regulations to ensure continuous compliance.
