The Bank of Punjab is seeking an experienced and performance-driven professional for the position of Relationship Manager SME. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and expanding SME client relationships, achieving business targets, and ensuring efficient processing of credit proposals in compliance with SBP regulations and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Strengthen and deepen relationships with existing SME clients.
- Develop new client relationships and business opportunities.
- Prepare and process credit proposals and renewals.
- Ensure compliance with SBP Prudential Regulations and internal guidelines.
- Market and sell relevant banking products and services.
- Achieve assigned business targets and KPIs.
- Provide financial advice to existing and prospective clients.
- Ensure timely completion of pre- and post-sanction/disbursement formalities.
- Ensure issuance of DAC from RCAD for assigned credit relationships.
- Maintain required turnaround times for credit processing.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures, PPMs, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Master’s Degree holders will be preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 4 to 7 years of banking experience, with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Age:
Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
