Meezan Bank Limited is seeking an experienced and results-driven Area Sales Manager to manage sales operations, lead teams, and drive business growth across the assigned region.

Eligibility

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree, preferably a Master's degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Relationship Officers (ROs) and Relationship Managers (RMs) within the assigned region.
• Motivate branches and direct sales teams to achieve monthly assigned targets.
• Guide branches on processes, documentation, and after-sales support through regular branch visits.
• Maintain MIS, respond to branch queries, and manage product delivery and safekeeping.
• Coordinate unsecured financing cases while supporting team management and operational activities.
• Conduct regular sales huddles.
• Meet with retail stakeholders to strengthen business relationships and support growth initiatives.
