Aghosh Alkhidmat Kohat is seeking a dedicated and responsible Assistant Warden to support the day-to-day management of the residential facility. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the safety, discipline, emotional well-being, and overall development of resident children while assisting in the smooth operation of the home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Warden/Administrator in the effective management and supervision of Aghosh Home.
• Ensure the holistic care, safety, discipline, and emotional well-being of all resident children.
• Supervise children's daily activities and ensure the approved timetable is followed.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation using MS Office.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to support daily operations.
• Monitor student behavior and encourage a safe, positive, and disciplined environment.
• Oversee cleanliness, inventory management, and proper use of facilities.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduation or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
