Riphah International University is seeking an accomplished and visionary Director Procurement to lead enterprise-wide procurement and supply chain operations across its healthcare, higher education, hospitals, construction, technology, and corporate businesses.

The successful candidate will oversee a large and diverse procurement portfolio, drive operational excellence, implement supply chain transformation strategies, and strengthen value creation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies.

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or CSCP will be considered an advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement experience.
• At least 7 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven experience in education, healthcare, large infrastructure projects, or multinational organizations.
