Meezan Bank Limited is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead regional sales operations and drive business growth for unsecured financing products across the assigned region.

Eligibility

Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from an HEC-recognized institution/university.
• Master's degree will be preferred.
• Qualification in Islamic Finance will be an added advantage.

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of banking or sales experience.
• Experience in a managerial role is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of ASMs and RMs within the assigned region.

• Lead regional sales operations to achieve business objectives.
• Develop sales strategies to improve regional performance and business growth.
• Drive sustainable portfolio growth through effective sales execution.
• Conduct regular sales huddles.
• Engage with retail stakeholders to strengthen business performance and collaboration.
