Job Description

• Achieve targeted buying rates and average turnover.
• Meet sales and customer visit targets.
• Acquire and activate new customers.
• Develop new HoReCa and O&I customers.
• Maintain and regularly update customer records.
• Develop action plans for key customers.
• Visit customers according to planned schedules and submit required reports.
• Organize and support customer panels.
• Share customer feedback with Department Managers and the Purchasing Division.
• Monitor market trends and competitors and provide relevant reports.
• Analyze customer information before each visit.
• Set sales objectives and conduct gap analysis against targets.
• Evaluate market-share development for each customer.
• Conduct customer situation analysis and monitor budget performance.
• Coordinate with Department Managers and Floor Managers to exchange relevant information.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
