BARG Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly competent, independent, and experienced Manager Internal Audit to lead the internal audit function and strengthen governance, internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Internal Audit function in line with SECP regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement risk-based internal audit plans across branches and departments.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management frameworks.
• Conduct comprehensive audits of operations, finance, credit, and compliance functions.
• Ensure adherence to SECP regulations, NBFC requirements, and internal policies/SOPs.
• Identify control weaknesses, fraud risks, and operational gaps and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and present independent audit reports to senior management and the Board/Audit Committee.
• Monitor implementation of audit findings and ensure timely closure of observations.
• Coordinate with regulators and support regulatory inspections and reporting.
• Maintain independence of the audit function and promote a strong culture of control and accountability.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 16 years of education.
• Professional qualification such as CA, ACCA, CIA, CPA, or equivalent will be preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in internal audit.
• Experience in NBFCs, microfinance, or banking will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk management, audit procedures, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, communication, and leadership skills.
