Vital Petroleum is seeking qualified and experienced finance professionals for the positions of Finance Officer, Finance Executive, and Senior Finance Executive in Lahore. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, reconciliations, reporting, compliance, and financial record keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, invoicing, receipts, payments, and ledger management.
• Prepare and verify financial documents, vouchers, invoices, credit/debit notes, and accounting records.
• Perform bank, customer, and vendor reconciliations and maintain aging reports.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with Sales Tax, Withholding Tax, PRA/SRB, FBR, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and review financial, receivables/payables, collection, and reconciliation reports.
• Support timely month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and reporting.
• Coordinate with departments, customers, vendors, banks, tax authorities, and internal/external auditors.
• Review financial processes, maintain confidentiality, provide financial insights, and support management in resolving finance-related matters.

Required Experience

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounts.
• Experience level and responsibilities will depend on the position being offered.

Qualification

• Minimum 16 years of education in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• MBA will be preferred.
