Indus Hospital & Health Network is seeking a qualified Executive, Talent Acquisition – Human Resources to support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requisition to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, newspapers, referrals, and professional networking.
  • Conduct initial screening and manage candidate shortlisting and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate assessments and interviews with designated panels.
  • Ensure position requisitions are processed after budget validation.
  • Coordinate pre-employment and periodic medical processes and maintain records.
  • Prepare and issue offer and appointment letters and complete onboarding documentation.
  • Maintain employee personnel files and manage the personnel records room.
  • Maintain vacancy databases, hiring trackers, dashboards, headcount statistics, and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management.
  • Facilitate onboarding and coordinate induction/orientation sessions with Learning & Development.
  • Verify new-hire documentation and ensure timely HR data entry and personnel-file completion.
  • Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
  • Represent Indus Hospital at job fairs, recruitment drives, and hiring events.
  • Support employer-branding initiatives to attract and retain talented professionals.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, SOPs, audit requirements, and HR authority matrices.
  • Support internal and external audits related to recruitment.
  • Serve as a primary contact for employee-relations matters across the campus.
  • Address employee grievances while maintaining fairness, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Support workplace conflict resolution through counselling, mediation, and other appropriate interventions.
  • Maintain records of employee-relations cases, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
  • Investigate misconduct and policy violations in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare investigation reports and recommend disciplinary actions in accordance with applicable policies.
  • Coordinate domestic inquiries, disciplinary committees, and anti-workplace-harassment committees while ensuring due process.
  • Refer financial embezzlement cases to Internal Audit and patient-related complaints to the Quality & Monitoring Directorate when required.
  • Monitor corrective actions and ensure compliance with outcomes.
  • Support consistent implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures.
  • Stay updated on labour laws and regulatory requirements and support organizational compliance.
  • Conduct employee degree verification through approved third-party vendors and follow up on pending cases.
  • Conduct employee reference checks and maintain complete records.
  • Conduct Indus Code of Ethics (ICOE) awareness sessions regularly.
  • Prepare periodic reports on employee-relations cases, disciplinary trends, and engagement outcomes.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and integrity in all employee-relations matters.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that are commensurate with knowledge and skills.

Candidate Profile

Education: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Human Resources or a related field
Experience: 2 years with Bachelor’s / 1 year with Master’s
