Insignia is seeking a Marketing Operations Associate to support marketing operations, campaign execution, vendor coordination, social media publishing, and day-to-day marketing activities at its Head Office in Lahore.

Key Responsibilities

Purchase Orders & System Coordination

• Generate and process purchase orders accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely locking, tracking, and coordination of POs for campaigns and vendors.
• Coordinate with Finance for payment processing and reconciliation.

Employee Discount & Voucher Management

• Issue and manage employee discount vouchers.
• Track voucher-related transactions and coordinate payment processing.

Campaign Execution Support

• Support the day-to-day execution of marketing campaigns across Insignia retail stores.
• Coordinate with vendors, logistics partners, and store teams for dispatch, delivery, and installation of campaign materials.
• Ensure campaign activities are implemented accurately and within timelines.

Engagement & Basic Monitoring

• Monitor comments, messages, and engagement across social media posts.
• Escalate customer queries or issues to the relevant team for resolution.

Content Upload & Publishing

• Upload and publish approved content across social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
• Ensure content is published according to the approved content calendar.
• Maintain accuracy in captions, tags, links, and formatting.
• Ensure timely publishing of campaign-related posts.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms.
• Basic understanding of digital content management.
• Knowledge of content scheduling tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and timelines.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Experience

Minimum 02 years of experience in marketing operations, campaign coordination, digital marketing, or a related field.
