Mobilink Microfinance Bank Ltd. (MMBL) is seeking a Banking Services Manager to oversee branch operations, ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory requirements, supervise branch staff, and maintain a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage day-to-day branch operations in coordination with the Branch Manager.
• Ensure compliance with bank SOPs, policies, internal controls, and SBP regulations.
• Lead and support the branch operations team while maintaining a customer-focused environment.
• Supervise deposits, cash operations, clearing, remittances, credits, JazzCash, recoveries, HR/admin, and other banking activities.
• Authorize and supervise financial and non-financial transactions in real time.
• Ensure daily balancing of cash books, vaults, accounts, vouchers, and operational reports.
• Monitor cash-in-safe and cash-on-counter limits.
• Maintain proper custody and records of security stationery, keys, PDCs, passbooks, ATM codes, gold, and other valuables.
• Ensure adherence to dual-control procedures and confidentiality requirements.
• Supervise account opening and related operational activities.
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate with internal/external auditors and ensure timely compliance with audit observations.
• Review and balance suspense, excess, shortage, and prepaid expense accounts.
• Maintain effective staff backup, punctuality, dress-code compliance, and training arrangements.
• Manage HR and administrative matters relating to branch staff.
• Monitor staff conduct and report any suspicious activities through appropriate channels.
• Maintain coordination between departments to ensure smooth branch operations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Line Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce from a reputable institution.
• MBA will be preferred, subject to approval.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
