• Conduct client needs analysis and determine appropriate credit facilities based on business requirements.
• Perform detailed analysis of new credit requests, amendments, renewals, and annual relationship reviews.
• Recommend risk-rating changes where necessary based on credit analysis.
• Ensure eligibility criteria are fulfilled before offering products to customers.
• Identify risks that may adversely affect loan collateral or the borrower’s repayment ability.
• Analyze the asset conversion cycle and assess the borrower’s repayment capacity.
• Conduct detailed cash-flow analysis to evaluate the primary repayment source.
• Perform comprehensive security analysis, considering both primary and secondary repayment sources.
• Finalize credit proposals efficiently while maintaining required turnaround time.
• Evaluate critical success factors of businesses and assess credit proposals accordingly.
• Ensure credit proposals comply with internal CPM requirements, SBP Prudential Regulations, and risk evaluation criteria.
• Analyze credit risks and recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures, limit structures, tenor, security, covenants, term sheets, and conditions precedent.
• Coordinate closely with the Credit Review Team, SMED, and other stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC-recognized local or foreign university. Master’s Degree holders will be preferred.

Experience: 4–7 years of banking experience, including at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Age: Up to 55 years as of the date of application.
